What is 'Women Leading'?
'Women Leading' is an experiential development programme designed to give women confidence and skills to take on and expand leadership roles.
Who is it for?
The programme is aimed at women from all sectors, who are new to leadership roles, or aspire to such roles.
What does it involve?
The programme will be delivered over two days, and provide opportunities to explore and practice leadership roles and models. Follow-up coaching session is also an optional addition, and will allow action plans developed in the programme to be practiced and reviewed. The programme will include:-
Women will have the opportunity to explore leadership styles in a safe environment. The emphasis will be on trying out different approaches and receiving constructive feedback on personal styles. We will use a variety of mediums - both indoors and outdoors.
